and if yes in wich areas of the city( or if you know in wich other places in Nj )they are rising ,also the girl is generally dark or light skinned , this is not a racist question this is just a survey and i promise that i never put this type of question here in Ny thx a lotIn New York are black women/white american men couples on the rise?
In the more trendy areas of Manhattan (Soho, the Village, Union Square) this is common. As a black man it makes me sick. In New York are black women/white american men couples on the rise?
i don't see any particular trend anywhere, but i live on the upper west side and i'm friends with such a couple in my building. there's also another such couple on my street.
as an asian i think it's cool that the ';races'; are mixing things up a bit!
Yes there are lots of them why don't you find a black girl are you shy are you afraid you can't handle one?
i dont think they are on the rise--in fact i rarely see it...if snything i would say black men/white girls happens more often

Why do couples hold hands during their wedding ?
Because they love each other. Why do couples hold hands during their wedding ?
its a sign of togetherness and mutual affection. Why do couples hold hands during their wedding ?
Is it necessary ?
why wouldn't they? its just a sign of affection
At least in our case ... because the officiant told us to.
I think it looks nicer than if we weren't.
it's just for formalities !
you know every boxer before fight shakes hand with it's opponent !
They r scared that the other will run away at the last moment....
Like in ';The Run away Bride';... lol...
its jus a sign to show tat for Life n beyond i promise to stand by u n hold u thru all ur joyous n difficult times...
Why would you not want to hold/be with the person you are getting married too AT THAT MOMENT?
Because often, something like this is said during the ceremony . . .
MINISTER
'; Who gives this woman to be married to this man?';
BRIDE'S FATHER
';Her mother and I do.';
(Bride's father places her hand in Groom's hand and is seated)
It shows that the bride's father is entrusting her to the groom's care and protection.
Of course, this all comes from back in the olden days when women were actually considered to be property. Now, we are no one's property. This giving-away portion of the ceremony may be skipped entirely, if the bride wishes.
I held my husbands hand during our ceremony because I love him so much. There you are holding each others hands committing your love to one another. It wasn't even because we were told we just did it. There is nothing like it, when you holding the hand of your soon to be husband/wife it's magical.
We only did while my officiant was saying a prayer at the end of the ceremony. We faced each other and didn't hold hands. You can do whatever you want.

Heyy im doing a project where did u meet ur husband/wife or girlfriend/boyfriend same sex couples 2 plz thnx?
We met in an AOL chatroom. I was bored, wanting to go out and my best friend didn't. I got on her computer, went into the chatroom and pulled his profile at random. I IM'd him, we chatted for a few minutes and agreed to meet at a dance club. We hit it off, and we've been together almost 8 years, married for 1. I like to think of it as destiny...why else would I randomly pick him out of 30 or 40 other people?
Heyy im doing a project where did u meet ur husband/wife or girlfriend/boyfriend same sex couples 2 plz thnx?
During daily exercise walks. We would meet up almost each night along our routes. We would pass by and say hi. One night it just happen to be we went around the route the same way, ended up walking together. It went from there.Heyy im doing a project where did u meet ur husband/wife or girlfriend/boyfriend same sex couples 2 plz thnx?
I met him at work.... he was my boss!!
(b/f - g/f)
I met him in a nightclub. He was getting yelled at by a bouncer for sitting on a chair wrong (he sat on the top of the back rest with his feet on the seat part).
A girl I was with kept saying ';I know him from somewhere';. I just said, ';well wherever he's from..he looks good';....
She went to talk to him, leaving me along, which kind of p^ssed me off, so I walked by and said something to her, he stopped talking to her, looked at me and his jaw dropped. I smiled and kept walking. The rest is history. That was 21 years ago and we're still together with 2 kids.
**and yes, my friend did know him from somewhere...she'd dated his best friend back in their hometown 1500 miles away...
We met on eharmony 4 years ago,%26amp; were married 14 months ago.A very good site,we believe.

Why do couples in high school make out in hallways?
It is completely and utterly annoying, rude and disgusting. I don't mind some PDA because it understandable, but is it really necessary to be all over each other? And stopping in the flippin' MIDDLE OF THE HALLWAY to hold hands...??! Really? I just want to know why you couples do that. How come? Is it to show off? Why?Why do couples in high school make out in hallways?
the making out is disgusting,
but a little kissing is good, and holding hands is great!
why does the holding hands bother you...?Why do couples in high school make out in hallways?
because they want to show off their relationship or the guy wants to impress his friends. maybe the girls just a ho? because they the girl thinks its cute and the guy is just trying to get some. i hatehatehate when couples are all over eachother in the halls. but holding hands and a peck is always cute
yeah i know it is annoying.
i have made my boyfriend clam down on PDA and only hold hands and occasionally a short kiss.
some teenagers like to make out in the hallways to show off which is really stupid.
but the little things people just do because they think it is cute
honestly bc they love each other alot, i never did that but it wasnt til after highschool i found someone that i was that happy with to not give a care what other ppl thought of me, i kiss him at any place any time i figure if ppl don't like it they can look away woot woot
cuz they love each other
idk i never made out with mine
he would put his arm around me waste but that was about it
Ew that disgusts me.
They just want attention.

For the couples that are successful in their marriage?
How did you know for sure that this is the person you are supposed marry? Was there a certain point where you knew by something he/she did or said or did you just hope for the best? For the couples that are successful in their marriage?
With my first wife, I hoped for the best and got the worst. We just never clicked unless we both wanted to. Now, my new wife and I are good friends and great lovers, of life and each other.
Success in marriage can only happen when you've found your best friend...For the couples that are successful in their marriage?
You ALWAYS hope for the best. As for that certain person. Let your heart decide. If it feels absolutely right (after a period of time together) then maybe it's the ONE.
There was no way of knowing. Love is not what defines the relationship and how it will last. What defines the relationship is how well the couple handles adversity and comes together in a crisis. That is when the real love, affection and emotion is revealed.
you never know for sure! sometimes you just get lucky and things work out with lots of communication and having the same beliefs...its worst than going to las vegas as far as odds go.pimple

In what states is it legal for same sex couples to marry?
For sure Maryland ,Massachusetts, New Jersey %26amp; Vermount... i heard that California but i am not sure about that... But in Maryland u do not have to be state resadance to get married there. my 1/2 sisters aunt went to maryland a couple years ago and married her partner
I remember them saying that it is not recanised as marrige here in pa but they were considerd life partners or a civil union they would not be able to collect from the goverment from one another or file income tax together but just the same they did not care.... it was kinda cool one wore a white! wedding dress and the other a tux and got married right in a gay church. It was something to see i can tell you that much. Her partner ended up dying just 16 months after they were married and she was gay since she was a early teen she had a son from a one night stand with a guy just to see what it was like.. anyway... all she ever wanted was to get married to the right woman and her dream came true..and her son has a parent in his life he would not of had one because his father was no where to be found. the son lives with the aunt and thinks of her as his mother and is not afraid to tell anyone that his mom is dead but his other mom is raising him now. Now rather i agree with the life style is another story..In what states is it legal for same sex couples to marry?
ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS IT A LEGAL BINDED
In what states is it legal for same sex couples to marry?
New Jersey, Massachusettes, and Vermont are the only states that have passed a ';civil'; union law. Though it is possible in other states, those are the only ones that specify it as Legal.
Hawaii
Right now, same-sex couples can only marry in Massachusetts. They have to be state residents.

What are some good ';date night'; ideas for married couples costing only $200?
Although I'm not married, what I've seen where I am (Metro Detroit area) is that couples seem to go to the casinos locally. I would think that an inexpensive dinner, then a few hours at the casino would be enjoyable. Especially on weekends when there's often free entertainment and so on. Seems a good way to unwind and socialize, plus maybe even walk out with more than the $200!What are some good ';date night'; ideas for married couples costing only $200?
We are having a Mardi Gras themed dinner with a nice place setting and festive centerpiece. The women are wearing Mardi Gras masks and men beads. We will have Mardi Gras music in the background.
Other options:
I don't know where you live but, you can have a candle light picnic on the lake, park or backyard. Attend a jazz concert in the park. Go to a mystery dinner theatre. Have a fondue couples party - blind fold your mate and feed them a variety of items with chocolate and/or cheese on it. Play board games, eat junk food and consume drink fun (find a cool recipe). What are some good ';date night'; ideas for married couples costing only $200?
With 200 dollars, you can do alot.
Just depends on what kinda date your
thinking about like romantic or fun and outgoing.
For fun and outgoing try looking up a comedy club
or something that the two of you may be interested in.
Romantic could be a poetry reading or a romantic dinner
at a nice restaurant maybe with a nice view of the city.
Find a local gallery that will be hosting an opening with wine and cheese. You can discuss art while sipping on wine.
Take dancing lessons together, then practice your moves at a local bar or restaurant that hosts a weekly Salsa or Tango night.
If you have some favorite recipes, have a night where you cook dinner together. Or get a one-on-one lesson with a local chef and learn how to prepare a new dish.
Go to the theatre to see a play or opera together. Go shopping before for a new dress.
Go shopping together for sexy new lingerie, then check out a sex store to get something naughty for later that night. Don't forget the chocolate syrup...Redi-whip is good too.
If you can stay out all night, how about renting a nice motel room, and have a nice dinner, maybe go dancing and then a romantic evening at the hotel.
1) dinner and a movie
2) at home game night
3) bar hopping
4) bowling
